NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 30th August, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 141, in Volume B-13, Folio 1963/14703, File No. 1637, by our client, Teresia Waithira Kimani, formerly known as Teresia Waithira Mathwe, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Teresia Waithira Mathwe, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Teresia Waithira Kimani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Teresia Waithira Kimani only.
