Box 4688-01002, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Roseline Wambui Kimiti, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Roseline Wambui Kimiti, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Roseline Wambui Maina, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Roseline Wambui Maina only.
