NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 1st June, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1812, in Volume DI, Folio 145/3267 File No. MMXIX, by our client, Korir Nicholas Muge, of P.O. Box 23, Amalo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nicholas Cheruiyot Korir, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nicholas Cheruiyot Korir, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Korir Nicholas Muge, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by him assumed name Korir Nicholas Muge only.
