NOTICE is given pursuant to section 11 (b) of the Energy Act, 2019 that the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority has reviewed and approved the applicable Kenya Pipeline Company's (KPC) multi-year pipeline transport tariff for the tariff control period 2019/20-2021/22 as follows: The said representation and/or objection must be filed on or before expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of this notice and a copy of the same be forwarded to the applicants.
