REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Muthike Nthuki (deceased), of P.O. Box 205- 90101, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.51, 0.8256 and 0.8256 he6tare or thereabout, known as Iveti Mungala/872, Athi River/Athi River Block 1/61 and Athi River/Athi River Block 1/210, respectively, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Machakos in succession cause no. 98 of 2017, has issued a grant and letters of administration and confirmation of grant to (1) John Mbondo Nthuki, (2) Lydia Loko Johana and (3) Jennifer Wavinya Nthuki, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds issued therefore by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection his been received within that period, I intend to dispense with registration of the said title deeds and issue land title deeds to the said (1) John Mbondo Nthuki, (2) Lydia Loko Johana and (3) Jennifer Wavinya Nthuki, and upon such registration the title deeds issued earlier to the said Esther Muthike Nthuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
