REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Mungai Njiraini, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Loc. 1/Thuita/5, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas in the chief magistrate's court at Thika in succession cause no. 45 of 2004, has directed the name of Francis Mungai Njiraini be cancelled and replaced with the name of Ndungu Mungai, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Francis Mungai Njiraini has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of-the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Mungai Njiraini, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
