REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bishop Jefferson Nyatuka Nyangweso (ID/0255328), of P.O. Box 71489, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.025 and 0.025 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Ngong/Ngong/38056 and 38058, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
