WHEREAS Jane Karimi Samson (ID/9525196), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.051 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Nyaki/Mulathankari/3124, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
