WHEREAS Fahmi Said Ali, of P.O. Box 469, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 2009/Malindi, situate in Malindi Township in Kilifi District registered as LT. 35, Folio 439/2, File 4498, and whereas original indenture in respect thereof I lost or destroyed and efforts mmade to locate the said have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional indenture in the provision of section 33(5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
