IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Articles 183 and 186 (1) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, and Part 2 of the Fourth schedule thereof, section 36 of the County Governments Act and section 20 (n), (o) and (p) of the Health Act, 2017, the Governor, Kisumu County, appoints Charles Abondo Wangoya— Chairperson, Pap Onditi Sub- County Hospital Abok Nyaundi —Chairperson, Sondu Health Centre the appointment of Josephat Omune Odongo* as Chairperson of Sondu Health Centre is revoked. as the Chairpersons of the Health Management Boards for the respective Hospital Boards for a term of three (3) years, on a part-time basis, from the date of appointment.
