NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 24th September, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 127, in Volume B-13, Folio 1962/14700, File No. 1637, by me Zainub Talibhussein Jeevanjee (Guardian), of P.O Box 80966-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Arwa Ammar Lakdawalla (minor), formerly known as Aaliyah Ammar Lakdawalla, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Aaliyah Ammar Lakdawalla, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Arwa Ammar Lakdawalla, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Arwa Ammar Lakdawalla only.
