NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 13th September, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1781 in Volume DI, Folio 241/4435, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Juliet Vilegwa (guardian), of P.O Box 51847-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Ivan Davis Geralds (a minor), formerly known as Saeed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Saeed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ivan Davis Geralds, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ivan Davis Geralds only.
