THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Mudogo Shidoro, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.6 hectares or thereabout, known as Isukha/Shiswa/423, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate's Court at Kakamega in succession cause no. 537 of 2017, has issued grant and letters of administration intestate to Florence Jumba, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said Florence Jumba, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Mudogo Shidoro, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
