REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Zipporah Karimi Gichuru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Tigithi/Matanya Block 9/340, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nanyuki in succession cause no. 10 of 2019, has issued grant in favour of William Kathurima Kiambati, and whereas the said William Kathurima Kiambati has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Zipporah Karimi Gichuru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
