THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenya Reinsurance Corporation, of P.O. Box 30271, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of a leasehold interest in all that piece of land containing 0.101800 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 93/1073, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
