TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2019 By Donald Onyango Omolo, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son-in-law, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Lucas Achuodho Omulo and (2) Priska Malimu Omulo, who died at North Kanyajuok Sub- location, on 25th December, 2014 and 27th January, 2018, respectively. CAUSE NO. 94 OF 2019 By Wilkista Odemba Owino, of P.O. Box 303, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Owino Okiro alias Owino Okiro, who died at St. Joseph’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 25th May, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
