TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2019 By (1) Benson Ashiali Akhule and (2) Loice Maloba Akhule, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akhule Mutekete Ambutsi alias Charles Akhule Omutekete, who died at Ematende in 2002. CAUSE NO. 164 OF 2019 By Apollo Mapesa Amanya, of P.O. Box 84, Butere in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amanya Osore Muniafu, who died at Lunza, on 11th July, 1983. CAUSE NO. 180 OF 2019 By Livingstone Yatoli Shieunda, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kayabe Shieunda, who died at Marama Central Location, on 26th August, 2015. CAUSE NO. 191 OF 2019 By Henry Omusebe Kataka, of P.O. Box 78, Butere in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Shibabo Omusebe, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Kakamega in Kenya, on 28th June, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
