Box 987, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprop arap Bett, who died on 22nd June, 2012. CAUSE NO. 172 OF 2019 By Maxwel Kherwa, of P.O. Box 113, Sirwa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Cherwa Simwa, who died on 7th July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
