TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 6th December, 2019 4804 4804 CAUSE NO. 59 OF 2019 By (1) Chepopkong Siwakapel and (2) Joseph Krop Siwakapel, both of P.O. Box 418, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siwakapel Tomengar alias Siwakapel Tomengor, who died at Sla Sub-location, on 13th October, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
