TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2019 By Francis Sasi Mwita, of P.O. Box 420, Suna, Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sai Nyambboto alias Sasi Nyamboto, who died at Masaba Sub-location, on 20th March, 1993. CAUSE NO. 64 OF 2019 By Mwita Buranga Kehongo, of P.O. Box 1, Ntimaru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sai Buranga Kehongo Mwita, who died at Mashangwa Sub-location, on 5th February, 2005. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
