TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 229 OF 2019 By (1) Rose Okelo Aboka and (2) Patrisia Aloo Oduke, both of P.O. Box 271, Mina in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Jonyo Ngao, who died 23rd July, 1999. CAUSE NO. 231 OF 2019 By Peter Walunya Nyakoyi, of P.O. Box 27, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Agunda, who died at Nyawara Sub-location, on 18th January, 1966. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
