TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2019 By John Peter Kitenge, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alponse Bosco Kitenge Kakeli, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 20th May, 2016. CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2019 By (1) Muthoka Kimweli and (2) Wambua Kimweli, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimweli Lai, who died at Kiima Kiu, on 1st December, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
