CAUSE NO. 122 OF 2019 By (1) Calolina Nkatha M’Anampiu and (2) David Kiborori Anampiu, both of P.O. Box 2908–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Anampiu M’Mucheke alias Anampiu Mucheke, who died at Kirua Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 17th September, 2016.
