TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 97 OF 2019 By Voethi Ndungwa, of P.O. Box 206–90131, Emali in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Nzwili Sila, who died at Kambu, Makueni, on 20th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. 103 OF 2019 By Mwanzwii Mutua, of P.O. Box 147, Emali in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kyavi Mutua Thyaka, who died at Bamburi, on 31st January, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
