TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 164 OF 2019 By (1) Syombuu Kamunzyu Ndolo and (2) Dominic Muasya Maweu, both of P.O. Box 26–90143, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamunzyu Ndolo Nzivo alias Kamunzu Ndolo Nzivo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE NO. 174 OF 2019 By (1) Francis Matee Maundu and (2) Davis Wambua, both of P.O. Box 20, Kalamba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winfred Munyiva Matee, who died at Sultan Hamud Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
