TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2016 By Agnes Wangari Ndung’u, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaura Mayu, who died at Gakui, K. Mwaro, on 8th April, 2013. CAUSE NO. 184 OF 2019 By (1) Catherine Wanjiru Kinyanjui, (2) Patrick Mwaura Kiguru, (3) Nancy Wairimu Kiguru and (4) Joseph Mukuya Kiguru, all of P.O. Box 594–01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Inyasian Njeri Kiguru, who died at Gakarara, on 2nd May, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
