CAUSE NO. 117 OF 2019 By Jane Ruth Wanjiru Muigai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Muigai Mbugua, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 14th July, 2012. CAUSE NO. 122 OF 2019 By (1) Stephen Mburu Kanari and (2) Ruth Wanjiru Mbiri, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizaphanson Kanari Njuguna alias Kanari Njuguna alias Alisavanso Kanari Njuguna alias Elisavanson Kanari Njuguna, who died at Gacharage. CAUSE NO. 124 OF 2019 By (1) Monicah Wairimu Njogo and (2) John Ndichu Githua, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njogo Githua alias Njogo Githua alias Githua Joseph Njogo alias Joseph Githua, who died at Spa Nursing Home.
