TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 182 OF 2019 By Matiko Bachwa Marwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bachwa Maroa Matiko, who died at Ngochoni Sub-location in 1980. CAUSE NO. 238 OF 2019 By (1) Wilkistaha Ojwang and (2) Lorna Adoyo Otieno, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariam Atieno Otieno, who died at Kwa Sub-location, on 9th February, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
