TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 267 OF 2019 By Wilson Malakwen Yegon, of P.O. Box 314, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapelga w/o Kipyegon Kirui, who died at Kapkugerwet, on 5th January, 1970. CAUSE NO. 296 OF 2019 By Kipkurui arap Sigei, of P.O. Box 86, Kedowa in Kenya, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kipchumba, who died at Kedowa, Londiani, on 23rd June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
