TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 84 OF 2019 By Nalotuesha ene Rupare, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rupare Yenko alias Ropakei ole Yenko, who died at Enengetia, on 11th February, 2017. CAUSE NO. 87 OF 2019 By (1) Nekiswa ene Kairung and and (2) Musana ole Kairrung, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ntapaet ole Kailung alias Ntapaet Kairung, who died at Olkiriane Location, on 10th November, 2001. CAUSE NO. 94 OF 2019 By (1) Malaso Enole Sananga and (2) Samson Sadala Sananga, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lentitiyo ole Sananka, who died at Narok West, on 11th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
