Box 1375—20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kesiah Muthoni Ndirangu, late of Kinungi, who died at District Hospital, Naivasha in Kenya, on 23rd April, 2012. CAUSE NO. 285 OF 2019 By (1) Lucy Wanjiru Nderitu and (2) Jane Wanjiru Muhoro, the deceased’s daughter-in-laws, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbaria Ngothi Wambugu alias Mbaria Ngothi, who died at Karati Sub-location, on 8th February, 1991. CAUSE NO. 286 OF 2019 By Joseph Njoroge Kinyua, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kinyua Njoroge, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 26th October, 2012. CAUSE NO. 287 OF 2019 By Jane Bosibori Ontori, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Omari Ondieki, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2019. CAUSE NO. 291 OF 2019 By (1) Jane Mwihaki Ndwaru and (2) Susan Nyakiringa Ndwaru, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Peter Ndwaru, who died along Muranga—Thika—Wajir Road, on 24th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
