TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 225 OF 2019 By (1) John Richter Mugo and (2) Francis Mugo Kamau, both of P.O. Box 639, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Mugo alias James Kamau alias James K. Mugo, who died at Kamunyaka Sub-location on 10th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. 250 OF 2019 By Joseph Peter Maina Matheri, of P.O. Box 1819, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Njeri Njoroge alias Martha Njeri Matheri, who died at Kenyatta National Hospiatal in Kenya, on 10th August, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
