TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 310 OF 2019 By Mary Mumbi Njoroge, of P.O. Box 568, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Njoroge Mungai, late of Mbuyu, who died there on 16th May, 2015. CAUSE NO. 309 OF 2019 By Rachael Njeri Mathenge, of P.O. Box 192, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Nduta Hinga, late of Gichungo, who died at District Hospital, Ol Kalou in Kenya, on 30th May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
