TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2019 By Regina Odero Pundo, of P.O. Box 8667–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s executrix, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Getrude Anyango Owiny, who died on 31st March, 2018. CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2019 By (1) Florence Achieng Jaramba and (2) Peter Wallace Amollo Jaramba, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evans Okelo Okello alias Evans Kasavumbu Jaramba, who died on 20th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
