Box 256–00516, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and mother, respectively, through Messrs. Ligunya Sande & Associates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Waweru Ngumi, late of Nairobi, who died at Metropolitan, on 6th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. 1338 OF 2019 By Stephen Kisio Mutisya, of P.O. Box 6, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutisya Kitolo Kiema, late of Nairobi, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June, 2004. CAUSE NO. 1394 OF 2019 By (1) Susan Njeri Kimotho and (2) Joyce Nduta Kimotho, both of P.O. Box 6219–00518, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and sister, respectively, through Messrs. Mwenda Royford & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kamau Kimotho, late of Nairobi, who died at Provide, Dandora, on 23rd March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
