TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 3 OF 2019 By (1) Koise Ibrahim Koise and (2) Madina Oshe Jim, the deceased's brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Guje Gayo, who died on 8th July, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice M.the Kenya Gazette.
