TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 147 OF 2019 By Joseph Onyango Oloo, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lusi Yogo Aoro, who died on 1st September, 2017. CAUSE No. 148 OF 2019 By Mary Achieng Ajuok, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ajuok Ajuok, who died on 19th December, 2002. CAUSE No. 149 OF 2019 By Benedeta Dulo John, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John DUIQ Jaimbo, who died on 14th December, 1991. CAUSE No. 150 OF 2019 By Jane Auma Oginga, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Odede Ondiek alias Odede Ondiek, who died on 14th June, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
