TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 161 OF 2018 By (1) Lucas Ndichu Muchege and (2) Per Ngige Muchege, both of P.O. Box 416, Thika in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muchege Ngochi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th March, 1978. CAUSE No. 19 OF 2019 By (1) David Kuria Kanyingi and (2) John Gatene Kanyingi, both of P.O. Box 186, Thika in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kanyingi Mwago alias Samuel K. Mwago alias Samuel Kanyingi alias Samwel Kanyingi Mwago alias Samuel Kanyingi W. Mwago, who died at N.K.C.H. in Kenya, on 14th December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
