TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 105 OF 2019 By (1) Naomi Muthoni Irungu and (2) Ann Wanjiru Waititu, both of P.O. Box 209-20303, 01 Kalou in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Charles Waititu, who died at 01 Kalou Hospital in Kenya, on 30th June, 2016. CAUSE No. 135 OF 2019 By (1) James Wainaina Mwangi and (2) Jane Wangari Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 136, Kinamba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Warau Mwangi, who died at Ndindika, on 25th June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
