TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 139 of 2017 By Consolata Owaga Ndege, of P.O. Box 430, Suna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondiek Ombito, who died at Remo, on 20th August, 1973. CAUSE No, 49 OF 2019 By Norah Anyango Okoth, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johanes Otieno OjWang, who died at Ngira, on 6th December, 2016, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
