CAUSE No. 30 OF 2019 By Hezroni Ososi Mogoi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moraa Mogoi, who died at Bonyamatuta Chache, on 2nd August, 1996. CAUSE No. 31 OF 2019 By Fredrick Nyaberi Arisa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arisa Onyambo, who died at Mokomoni, on 12th June, 1988. CAUSE NO. 41 OF 2019 By (1) Albert Obegi Ogari, (2) Geprge Ornae 'Ogari and (3) Fred Manyara Ogari, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christantus Patrick Ogari, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2002. CAUSE NO.42 OF 2019 By (1) Albert Obegi Ogari, (2) George Omae Ogari and (3) Fred Manyara Ogari, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salome Nyangara Ogari, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 27th February, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
