TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 70 OF 2018 By (1) Wilkister M. Migwa and (2) Kefa M. Migwa, both of P.O. Box 6887-00200, Nairobi in' Kenya, the deceased's widow and son respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fred Migwa Ararii, who died at New Nyanza Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 26th July, 2013. CAUSE No. 84 OF 2017 By Samwel Mokaya Bikundo, of P.O. Box 229, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bikundo Nyansiaboka, who died at Geta Sub-location, on 25th December, 2010. CAUSE No. 90 OF 2018 By Susan Moraa, of P.O. Box 1353, Nyamira in Kenya, for a grant' of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marori Mugoya, who died at Nyangorora, on 1st September, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
