TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 171 OF 2018 By (1) Joseph Mario Wanjala and (2) Francis Wandera Omillo, both of P.O. Box 130, Port Victoria in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukas Wanjala Sirali alias Wanjala Sirali, who died at Bulemia Sub-location, on 30th October, 1991. CAUSE No. 346 OF 2019 By (1) Marsela Anyapude Emusugut and (2) Patrick ()mare Omusogoto, both of P.O. Box 928, Busia in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emusokoto Emongor, who died at Ng'elechom Sub-location, on 10th June, 1980. CAUSE No. 356 OF 2019 By (1) Teresa Onyiengo Lugendo and (2) Stephen Ojwang' Lugendo, both of P.O'. Box 52, Mubwayo in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Ojwang' Lugendo, who died at Magombe Central Sub-location, on 22nd October, 2003. CAUSE No. 359 OF 2019 By Evaline Akoth Oluoch, of P.O. Box 16, Bumala in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carolyne Auma Baraza, who died at Bumala "A" Sub- location, on 19th July, 2010. CAUSE No. 365 OF 2019 By Abigail Egehitza Khalakuba, of P.O. BOX 179, Nambale in Kenya, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jemima Khalakuba Mahagika, who died at Segero Sub-location, on 28th September, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty.
