TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 404 OF 2012 By (1) Talai Kiplagat, (2) Margaret Kweyu, and (3) Tabitha Lagat, all of P.O. Box 79, Kipkabus in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplagat Kitnatii, who died on 16th September, 2000. CAUSE No. 30 OF 2019 By (1) Beatrice Atieno Okelo, (2) Jacquilline Akinyi Nyamwalo and (3) Victor George Nyamwalo, all of P.O. Box 7123-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow, daughter and son, respectively, through Messrs. Akenga Kimutai Associates, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Okelo Nyamwalo, late of Kapsoya, Eld9ret, Uasin Gishu, who died on 4th February, 2017. The. Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
