TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 121 OF 2019 By Jared Odera Nyagua, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serphine Chore Omiti alias Serefina Chore Omiti, who died on 14th April, 1998. CAUSE No.189 OF 2019 By Sebastian Alloice Aetoni, of P.O. Box 316-40109, Sondu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the'estate of Pascalia Obiero Aeto alias Pascalia Aeto, who died at Siany Village, Nyando, on 20th August, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
