TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 67 OF 2019 By (1) Beatrice Muloki Kilonzo and (2) Gabriel Mweu Kilonzo, both of P.O. Box 555, Athi River in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Kilonzo Mweu, who died at KaVumbu, Katheka, on 22nd October, 1995. The Cotirt will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
