TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 142 OF 2019 By (1) Florence Kaviu Masila and (2) John Wainaina Wanja, both of P.O. Box 465-01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ndungu Wanja, who died along Ndakaini—Gatanga Road, on 17th February, 2019. CAusE No. 153 OF 2019 By (1) William Ngigi Muiruri and (2) Joseph Wambura Muiruri, both of P.O. Box 84, Sabasaba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Wambura, who died at Kagurumo, on 8th December, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
