TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.616 OF 2019 By Christopher Nyariki Kerongo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerongo Michira, who died at Nyakoora, on 27th July, 1992. CAUSE No. 617 OF 2019 By George Mokua Ayiecha, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Moreka Mokua and (2) Ayiecha Mokua, who died at Bomwando, Bogiakumu Location, on 2nd November, 1991 and 2nd November, 2005, respectively. CAUSE No. 618 OF 2019 By Joseph Nyakundi Ombwochi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombwochi Nyabiage, who died at Matieko Sub-location, on 20th October, 1983. CAUSE No. 619 OF 2019 By Nyagaka Ayora, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyabendo Nyamato, who died at Nyatieko, on 15th December, 1971. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
