TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 196 OF 2019 By (1) Florah Nkoyai Njeru and (2) Violet Kagwiria Njeru, both of P.O. Box 11791-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Nyaga Kiarago, late of Municipality Location, who died at Meridian Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 24th December, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
