Box I, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Janet Muthoni Nduru and (2) Charity Wakera alias Charity Wakera Mugo, late of Koroma, Kirinyaga, who died at KerugOya Hospital in Kenya and OLL Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 1997 and 4th January, 2012, respectively. Kirinyaga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd December, 2007. CAUSE NO. 310 OF 2019 By Peter Muriuki Kiura, of P.O. Box 62, Kerugoya in Kenya. the deceased's son, for.a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiiira Njeru alias Francis Kiura- Njeru, late of Nduini, Kirinyaga, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 30th August, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
